ABOUT ME

I am a mother of three beautiful children, a companion of nature, and an unstoppable seeker of freedom in body and spirit.

My path hasn't always been easy. I too have known the pain when I was diagnosed with stage 4 osteoarthritis in my right hip.

For many, this would have been the end, but for me it was the beginning of a new journey. With the help of the Liebscher & Bracht method, I rediscovered my body.

Today I stand free, mobile, and grateful. I am here to share this journey with you. I believe that true change comes from connection: movement, nutrition, and self-love. That is why I cook, teach, and create a space where body and soul can return to their natural strength with all my heart.

Your body is not "broken." It just needs to be listened to again. And I'm here to help you through it.
